We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Important: As our products are made to order (Print-On-Demand), returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of Print-On-Demand, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to custom-made or Print-On-Demand products, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
